As a professional chef, Janet Tran understands the importance of a great meal. Being from a large family from Kansas, she also understands how food can bring people together.
Janet’s culinary journey began in 2006 when she attended the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin. After completing her training, she sought out opportunities elsewhere to further develop and hone her skills. Since then, Janet’s drive and creativity have taken her across the country and beyond.
She has worked with many great chefs, including Grant MacPherson, Jonathan Wright, and Jim Tripi. She
contributes her talents and techniques to high-end luxury resorts, such as Yellowstone Club in Montana, Jack’s Bay in the Bahamas, Silo Ridge Field Club in New York, and El Dorado Beach & Golf Club in Mexico, and more.
When she’s not cooking, Janet enjoys great outdoor activities like fly-fishing, hiking, snowboarding, and frisbee golf and currently resides in Big Sky, Montana with a backyard full of mountains and trees.
